Nice job Tony,
the blades look great. How did you put the shield in?

Your work is really clean and well executed.

Thanks for the nice comments.:D

Hey, Bailey I hope all is going good with you. My shield inlaying is kind of primative I guess. Cut and grind my shield to size. I use the same steel as my liners .040 410 stainless. Polish the edges. I put a small spot of super glue on the shield and stick it to the handle where I want it. Outline the shield with a very sharp pointed exacto knife onto the handle. Pop the shield off. Then use a moto tool and very small burr to cut the handle material out. It is a continueous fit and cut process, for me anyway. And lots of magnification. Glasses and opti visor. Once it "snaps" into place I remove it and drill a pin hole reinstall with super glue. Sand it down close to flush and then pin it into the handle and through the liner. Finish sanding to the desired height. I did find out one thing it is a good idea to mark the top side and one end of the shield with a sharpie marker before you remove it from the handle. Keeps you from trying to figure out which sides up and which end is goes where, especial on oval shields. ;)

That was probably more than you wanted to know huh!!!!

Wolfman it was an ordered knife and I shipped it out today.

Regards

I really like this knife. It has a wider handle than you usually find on a Doctor's knife, which I find very appealing.
