Does a lefty hinderer xm18 exist? Xm24?

They do not exist. I have seen some of Rick's older custom knives in lefty configuration, but no XMs
 
They keep them with the unicorns and leprechauns... :) I had a custom titanium scale done to allow me to replace the scale and liner so I can carry it lefty tip up.
