Hi,
Is there any Maxpedition M4 waste pack or termite or fat boy user out there? If yes, can you guys tell me how much you load inside them packs?
I was thinking about getting myself a M4 for my hiking survival kit when outdoor or as EDC when in town. Only thing I don't like is that it can only be worn on the belt (but I thought I can easily add two D-rings and a shoulder strap to it). I like their versipacks as well but I'm afraid they are too big.
My EDC is a patagonia hip vault.

Hey Fausto, I've been looking at the Maxpedition stuff too, but for me it's also looking like it's a little bulky.

I found these guys - http://www.hawkepaks.com/ They sell EMS packs which are seemingly perfect for EDC of lots of gadgets like us geeks carry. I'm going to check one out this weekend and if it looks good I'll get one and post a review.

Three cheers for the Fatboy! I love this bag. Not too bulky and it carries nice over the sholder. It beats carrying one of the fanny "fag bag" packs. I carry my PDA, a notepad, Fisher Space pens, cellphone, MP3 player, Gerber Urban Legend Multi-tool in the cellphone holder, sunglasses, meds, a Surefire G2 in the attached sheath, and as an added bonus it doubles as a really cool diaper bag!!! It beats carrying that frilly pink thing my wife uses. I got the black but I may trade for a navy blue one. Don't let the "bulk" fool you. It is only as bulky as the items you putin it and even then maxed out it is not bulky at all. All of the weight is evenly distributed and rides nicely across either the left or right shoulder. I also picked an M2 pack and cellphone holster that attach to the pack for added room should I need it.

Thank you guys for reply. I will check the site advised by Kinzli.
Thank you also for the good laugh with the -fanny "fag bag" pack- (even though I wear one quite often!). I really like the fat-boy and it is probably going to be my choice.
K.V. you have some serious avatars.
