Does anyone do heat treated anodizing for blue Ti?

I want to heat-treat anodize my Strider SNG for blue color and off colors. Is there anyone that can reccomend a place I can ship the knife to for this work?

I know about the coke and battery method but I want a nice blue color so I will leave it to a professional or someone with experience.
