Does anyone else make an Opinelesque knife?

By this I mean a folding knife made out of thin blade stock and with a close to optimized edge angle. Preferably something in better steel but I don't care about blade shape or handle material, just a thin knife that will cut like a banshee.

You could scour E-Prey for a Cold Steel Twistmaster. wickedly sharp, darn decent steel, and a composite handle, so you don't have to deal with the swelling and all that around water.

The Laguiole and the Nontron. I don't know if the steel is any better, though. I've got an EKA 88 with a .065" thick Sandvik blade. Again, not a super steel. What about a Queen in D2?

Spyderco Cricket. Very thin, very sharp, very small. I just got one a few weeks ago. It's my first Spyderco after collecting only Benchmades. Dare I say it, I think it was sharper then any of my 13 Benchmades--out of the box.

Give these a shot: http://www.covecutlery.com/Category.cfm?CategoryID=189 . They seem to fit the bill, though I'm not positive about the steel, "X46CR13", which denotes a steel akin to 420HC (stainless, which isn't as good IMHO as the carbon steel in Opinel's "carbone" line). I, however, suspect that the steel is on par with the steel the SAK's use.

I second what others have said about the Spyderco Centofante knives! Also, Cold Steel used to make a knife called the Twistmaster, that was similar to an Opinel.

Best wishes,
