Does anyone else wish the BM755 had a longer blade?

Maybe 4"-4.5" and tip up?

i think the handle fits the bill in the niche market of chode knives... kinda like how the boker albatros does
deep pocket carry would be much preferred and tip up would be nice... the clip on the thing sucks like a whore

The problem with this is that the demographic that would buy it is far too small. Yu already know that 4" folders are illegal in more states than they are legal. Fom a business perspective, it wouldn't make sense. Besides, Cold Steel already has the market pretty well covered with production mega folders. However, I did get the 275, it's very similar to the MPR. It is a much better knife for me anyway.

Definitely. I don't know if I'd go up to 4-4.5" but definitely 3.5"+ would make a little more sense to me.

Choad... Describes the knife pretty well.

My understanding of the word choad... Means a penis that is larger in diameter than it is long. In other words, the knife looks stubby.

I would buy a 4-4.5 BM755

I think the knife already is in a pretty small demographic as it is.

Maybe that word is a Cali thing.

C.M.,

The 275 Adamas is a 3 7/8" edge by .160" D2 bladed Sibert design. Pretty beefy - bigger AXIS lock, too.

Love my EDC - another Sibert - that stubby 755 MPR. Great knife. My wife found a deal on a new one (black blade) as a backup for Christmas. Also got a deal on a Boker 'Pipsqueak' - pretty similar, but Ti liner & Micarta on one side, Ti framelock on the other side... a healthy S35VN blade between.

Gotta admit, the m390 holds up great - and re-edges nicely with a Sharpmaker, while D2 sharpening can be a new career. No s35VN experience - yet!

nothing wrong with the axis lock (i own several), but if the adamas was made just like the mpr with ti bolster lock and a linerless solid handle slab without holes... i would buy one ;)

On the other hand, you won't find a CS pocket monster running the top end steels that BM/Kershaw/Spyderco are using today.

Of those huge kinda folders, I used to own a BM 610 Rukus, but I currently carry a M390 Military. The ZT0301 is also pretty hefty, though a bit shy of the 4" mark. I would like the 275 more if it didn't have holes in the scales and came with a SS stonewashed or satin blade.
