If so, would you be so kind as to share some information regarding the new Hogue Trauma that appears virtually identical to the BM Triage?

is it a clone, a copy, a licensed copy or is BM making it for Hogue?

Do you mind sharing a bit more, like (1) does Benchmade consent to Hogue's producing a knife that is very similar to a Benchmade knife?, (2) if not, does Benchmade plan to take some action? and (3) is Hogue violating some IP or patent of Benchmade?
