I've decided I really like the waved Endura, but keep on wishing it was flat ground. Does anyone have any pictures they could share of Krein-ed Edura Waves?

Obviously, I swapped scales with the G-10 Endura.
 
Been thinking about doing the same swap, only my E4W is hand-convexed by me, instead of flat-ground by Tom Krein...

How does the heavier handle... handle the wave deployment?

No, but you could a g10 version and a waved FRN version and swap the scales and then sell the FRN version (with a flat ground blade). This configuration is probably the most common swap and there are quite a few folks interested in this swap so you shouldn't have any trouble selling it.
