Does anyone have any information on Kaybee knives?

I found this knife in my grandfather's things after he passed away. I had never heard of the name, and can't seem to find any information about them online, other that a couple that have been sold on worthpoint.com. Has anyone heard of them, and if so have any information on them as far as where they were made, quality, etc.? It seems like it is fairly old. I'm not trying to sell it, just find out more info about it. Thanks for any light you can shed on the subject!
