Does anyone have contact info for Wetterlings

Just like the title says, I am looking for contact info for someone at Wetterlings. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone over there to get the axe that I got from them, that has a bent head replaced.
If someone knows how to get a hold of them even if you dont want to give their info out, if you could have them email or PM me. The shop I bought it from wont honor the warranty because I cleaned up the grinds that were really really uneven and sloppy, and it wasnt until I had the grinds much better that it was easy to see that the heads actually bent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good luck. I had a problem with one of their axes and I got a response about 2 months later after emailing them. Luckily the supplier I bought from took care of me. The lack of response time on their part is why I'm no longer a customer of theirs. I sold the replacement I got from the supplier. Don't mess with companies that are all talk about "customer service".

As it turns out I bought mine on Amazon, and the policy is "Like New" for returns, but the actual company that I bought it from had contact info and when I called and got through, they were awesome, and said to ship it back and they will hand pick me the best one out of the next shipment, which is coming soon. I know that the proof is in the putting, so we will see how it all turns out, but right now I think its fixed.
