Does anyone have Crash Rat sheaths in stock?

Does anyone know of a sheath maker that keeps sheaths on hand for the the 2008 special edition crash rat axe? Would appreciate the info. Thanks.
 
Try Dave Brown ----> BUY BROWN sheaths- think he actually has his own subforum on BF. He may be able to hook you up with one. Not sure anyone else is making them any longer-without you sending in the axe of course.
 
I know that Brian (Okuden kydex) has one or two and David Brown has a Crash Axe to mold from.
 
yeah, i got one from Okuden not too long ago, he just had some sittin' around :)
 
Mine is apparently thicker than the regular model so I'm gonna have to send it to Mr. Brown for some Woodland Camo goodness. Thanks for the replies though folks.
 
Is it new from a show or did they ever make them in different thickness' I have one and love it, but I always thought they were all the same. Thx. GL in your search.
 
It's a 2008 special edition. It measures .300" at the head. Everything else I could find on them say .25"

I'd double check and measure it right quick but it's already boxed up to be shipped out for kydex.

I didn't think they ever make them in different thickness. Mine is .291 at the head. All the sheaths I have made worked just fine.
 
Now y'all got me curious, going to have to drag mine out tomorrow and take the calipers to it.
 
Dwayne, what does your Crash Rat ride in?
I'd would like a pic of the sheath if you got time.

I'll dig through my pics tomorrow and see if I can find a sheath pic or two. :)
 
I got my crashrat and sheath from Dave Brown, its very nice, holds the axe very securely.

Finally dug some out! This is the one I designed for a fire fighter, the original hawk/fire axe it was designed for was made my K9, what a beast of a tool. The sheath is a bottom load with both snap on belt carry and rings on the top for a shoulder strap. Kydex/fusion as well. :)

The OP ended up sending his CR to Buy Brown (David Brown for the newbs) and had this made,

I'm soooooooo stoked to have finally scored an SE!!!

I just recently received a CR sheath from Brian Wagner (Okuden Kydex for the newbs) for my tan canvas CR but don't have the CR here as it is way the F up North keeping Tyrade83 safe!!
