Does anyone have one of the new Delicas in VG-10?

I only have one Spyderco knife which is a very old Delica(about 6 years or so) and I was thinking of getting a new one with the new steel. If you have one of these can you tell me how you like it? I've only heard good things about VG-10 and want to try it. I think I may have also heard that it was a flat grind this time, if it is and anyone has the ability to post a pic, would you? Thanks. :)

How's it going, John? I bought the VG-10 SE Delica LtWt about three weeks ago and I have no complaints about it. This is my first Spydie, but not my last, and I highly recommend it.
The VG-10 steel holds a good edge and it's very easy to sharpen and maintain. I usually run the Spyderedge on my 204 about once a week, depending on the use throughout the week, in order to keep that sharp edge. Sorry that I couldn't post a pic for you.
You can't go wrong with this new version, John.:D

I've had one for about over a month (and a VG-10 Endura as well). It doesn't look much different than the ATS-55 version. It's just a flat saber grind instead of a hollow saber grind (i.e not a full flat grind like the military or calypso). The tip is much stronger with the flat grind since it has more metal there. It is sharp as anything and easy to sharpen on my 204. You won't be disappointed.

Can anyone tell me the exact blade length on the new VG-10 Delica lightweights? I have an older model (1992) and am interested in upgrading to a new one. I have seen some different specs published on the blade length so I am confused. I want a blade length UNDER 3" for legal reasons. Will this one work for me?

Thanks!
