Or really any carbon steel blade knives.

I know they dont remain "clean" and will color with contact with about anything...

Anyone have any pics of a well worn carbon blade to see what aging will look like?

Thanks!

lol why ? at the price these are sold buy one or some and use it!

I'ts easy too imagine how a used knife should looks

KJ Eriksson make some great cheap knives!

I'd show you mine, but I haven't taken care of it. When I first got it, I didn't realize, or simply forgot, that one should remove it from the sheath when storing. Damn rust spots...

I will use the knife as it is intended. And yes I can imagine what one might look like, but obviously I am curious about what to expect.

I am new here and don't have another knife with this type of steel. If you don't have a picture that's cool. I was just wondering.

This isn't a Mora but it's similar enough. This is an Old Hickory paring knife in 1095 carbon steel that I re-profiled to be a dropped point. It has been well (well!) used by me since the early 80's and has been left overnight in the bottom of a wet sink more times than I can count. It has also been soaked in deer blood when I have used it as a boning knife.

Here's what it looks like after a little time with Mr. Scotchbrite:

Here it is after a rubdown with mineral oil:

Finally, here is my homemade kitchen/utility knife (also in 1095):
