Does anyone have the 2nd Gen Ranger from ATC?

I was wondering if anyone has the 2nd Gen Ranger and if so how does it handle and would it be good for wilderness related use? I am thinking about getting the Lagana Tactical. Also does 1SKS ship to Iraq?

For the money, I think that the VTAC was the way to go. You just cannot beat the price.

The VTAC is available now. I do not know about the 2nd generation.
