This folder is made by Grohmann and I was wondering what you guys thing of it. What is the quality , is it worth the money et. If you have one post a picture. :)

I've held one. Not impressed. If you really like the blade shape of the Grohman fixed blade classic, it's the folder for you. However it's big, clunky, needs its sheath and is not my style. Fit and finish was OK but nothing to write home about. It only comes in stainless which is a shame since Grohman has some kickass carbon steel. I think its overpriced for the package, but given that its handmade by canadian elves, it's not that high. If you want a lock back with a wood handle, try the EKA line from sweden. Much better design, unique locks, different sized, can get carbon steel blades, slightly cheaper and the big one will fit in your pocket (if you've got big pockets:))

Thanks for re-enforcing some of my thoughts on this knife. It's too bad that it's not cheaper or that it's not better made. I was just looking for a reason to buy one. :foot:
