I tried looking this fella up on the internet but I wasn't even finding relatives. It's about 6 inches closed. Also, does the double "9" do anything to its value?

Doesn't really give any info, but there's more than one out there.

T Twindog , Rowe's custom knives are all fixed blades. Doesn't mean he couldn't have made it, just seems unlikely.
