I missed one in the exchange like two weeks ago (the first I had seen), and then I started to dig around. The website is basically useless and then it seems that everything with this guy is done through Instagram? Now BF is as close as I get to social media, so it's tough. This guy has some of the best looking knives I have seen in years, but it's almost as though he's intentionally making it hard to get one. I'm confused Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Lots of smaller scale dudes selling only on IG. Don't have to pay for and maintain anything that way.

Why not just make an account and contact him there? He seems very active.

Instagram is probably the biggest driver of custom knife sales anywhere. There's a reason why so many custom makers rely on it.

I feel ya. I've been off social media (except BF and a few youtube musicians I follow) for 18 months.

Me too. I refuse to use Instagram, FB or Reddit to find a knife. Plus there is no need, lots of great makers here. If the Instagram makers loose me as a customer, so be it.
