Does anyone know how to purchase a Ken Onion Knife?

I've been to his website and couldn't find any ordering info like options, prices etc..
I e-mailed him...no reponse. I sent a letter and $5 to cover postage....no reponse!
I've put off calling 'cause I'm in SW Florida and he's in Hawaii. That's real "long" distance!
Do any dealers sell his knives. I've seen only one while looking around (Arizona Custom Knives) but not the one I want.

Does anyone know if he's taking orders? Or is he maybe on hiatus? I'll keep looking.

I did the same thing, mailed him a self-addressed, stamped large envelope with a check for a few bucks to cover the cost of a brochure/catalog. No response. Tried telephoning, no response. This was almost two years ago so I guess he's still busy. He did cash my check though so maybe the info is.......in the mail?
