no reputable manufacturer would leave it such;
seeing that the entire package would have been "low glare".

Got any other pictures. It looks like there is some sort of marking on the tang but its hard to tell what it from this pic.

No this is the only picture of it I can find. Only saw it once. Want a new fixed knife that wasn't to big and I thought its design was cool looking.
