Yep, has the Pakistani look. All I can make out is "STAINLESS" on the blade. What does it say underneath and are there any other markings on it?

Actually I stand corrected, I now see that this says china on it.
This doesn't mean Its any better and still isn't worth identifying if even possible, but this the type of knife that normally comes from pakistan and not china.
Not sure why but probably 90% of knives like this are made in Pakistan .

at first i couldnt read what it said below stainless so i checked a filter a two on photoshop and, yea you are right the blade does say china.

maybe they import the blade steel from china. maybe they print china on the blade even tho its made in pakistan? maybe its made in china by pakistan? i dunno. i dont really care.

when a blade is just printed "stainless" on it, are you supposed to immediately ignore it and run the other way (thats what i do when i see them in stores)?

You know what I find hilarious about this knife, the saw teeth are exactly where jimping would be if this were a Skinner made by a good manufacturer.
I'll bet it doesn't grip the thumb too badly

It might be good for lifting a kettle off the fire , but who knows if it would actually strip wire very well.
