Does anyone know this maker?

I inherited some custom knives from my father. This folder has no maker marks but the “sheath” has a symbol.

Maybe a pic of the opposite side of the knife will help. Some knives have distinct pocket clips.

As for the pouch, that could be the knifemakers mark, or it could be the brand of the pouch.
