Does anyone know what happened to the BAKCA knife show?

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and for many years I attended the Bay Area Knife Collectors Association (BAKCA) knife show. I don't know when the last BAKCA show was, but I think it was several years ago.

Does anyone here know if the BACKA show will ever come back?

What other knife shows are held in California and when?

I've gone to several BAKCA shows myself. I discussed this with others here in the Bay and everyone seems to think they're done. Plaza Cutlery over in Orange County do a yearly show I'm pretty sure. My understanding is that they should be a lot better than the BAKCA shows. They tend to bring a lot of big name custom makers. The next one is currently scheduled for October this year in Costa Mesa:
