Does anyone know what knife this is?

OK, a friend asked me what this knife is. I have no clue. Apparently, the pic is a screen pic from the British TV show "Ultimate Force", used by Ross Kemp in his role as a SAS Trooper.

Tough to make out.... Could be anything from a high-end custom to a Gil Hibben monstrosity.
Reminds me of a Puma, but I doubt it.
