does anyone know when a BM 612 was made?

i got a BM 612s at a gun show in VA. it looks like a crawford leopard but no logo. i personally never seen it before so i bought it. can anyone tell me when it was discountined.

I think they went out of production about 3 years ago.

The Leopard series are really good knives for people who like wickedly sharp things. The thin blade stock and edge geometery make for a really good cutting knife. I would use it to pry like I have a lot of other blades but, for cutting normal things, it is hard to beat.
