I just ordered my 551 and i saw this video and thought to myself, hmmm clever idea during biking or what ever im doing that will give me a hard time harnessing my Benchmade to myself.

Most identical kind of thing i know i can buy is the Benchmade Lashtab but anyone know where to buy or even know how to make it?

Can't see the video while I'm at work, but unless you bike in a one-piece spandex getup you will still have a waistline on your shorts. Clip it there?

I've carried my Grip IWB of my swimming trunks while canoeing and swimming and I couldn't even tell it was there. YMMV, especially if you keep the scales in their original skin-shredding state.
