Eric N. (aka: Normark) makes custom Kydex sheaths and has made probably 5 or 6 for me and some were pretty weird ideas and designs of mine and he made them perfectly. His prices are reasonable and his work is second to NONE! PM or email him and he would be happy to talk to you about it.

Try Bob Dozier... he makes a fine kydex horizontal sheath. He will also make ones for other knives.
