Does anyone know who makes this pocket knife?

Hi there... I have had this pocket knife for over 15 years, I just recently found it while cleaning out a cigar box I used for storage. It reads AW on the blade and is stamped stainless steele Japan.

Any help identifying this pocket knife would be greatly appreciated. I have pictures but can't figure out how to upload here.
