Does anyone make a folder like this?

I am not very familiar with many of the custom folder makers. What I am looking for is a 5" tanto recurve, liner lock or axis style. Set up point down for a left-hander. Steel grips are fine, this is going to be a well used blade so I value strength and sharpness more then looks. I want a large wave style feature also, I would like the blade to be wide. OK, there it is in a nutshell...who should I look at, and how much should I expect to pay. I know I did not say that I wanted titanium this or G10 that, or a special never stain or rust steel, I just want functional, and I figure a good smith can lead me in the right direction on the rest.

The wave is ernie emerson's property. There are but a few makers that can make knives with a wave. But, if you have a tip-down knife, why do you want a wave? A waved, tanto point liner lock? You may just want to buy an emerson anyway.

Duh......I had a brain fart, sorry I meant tip up. As far as the wave goes, I don't want to infringe on anybody's patten. I have seen several styles of thumbrests or guards that would also serve the same purpose.
