Does anyone make custom blades for factory folders?

Pretty self explanatory, I have a kershaw barge, and after I thinned out the pry bar it's almost perfect, use it constantly. I don't like the blade steel though, and I don't know who makes a similar knife with better materials. Does anyone make custom blades to replace the factory?
