Hi everyone,
I don't often write on this forum but I am a regular visitor and value all the expertise to be found here. For a while now I have been reading all the posts on radios for PSK/BOB. I have a Grundig AM/FM/SW1/Sw2 radio, compact and battery powered that I keep with my BOB. However, what I would like to see is an AM/FM/SW1/Sw2/weather radio combo in small lightweight form powered by AA or AAA batteries. Does anyone know if them make such an animal? I think, in a bug out situation, especially from a natural disaster, but also from BCA attack you would want to know what the weather is doing, especially the prevaling winds. Don't want to bug out in the direction of BC drift or into the path of a tornado or high water or whatever.

Grundig Yacht Boy 400PE Its priced at $150, takes 6 AA batteries. Didn't see any info. about a weather band.

I've got a ten dollar hand crank am/fm/weather radio. Works great for me!

Can you give information on that radio, maker, model, and where you bought it?

Google Innovage Outdoor crank radio, I would post a link, but I don't wanna get booted off the forums. Mods, if I can post the link, please let me know. Unable to post a pic on my work puter. Boscoes in Frederick MD has these for ten dollars, little bit more online.
