I Thought I Would Ask Here First I Need A Small Trigger Machined I Have The Origional But Want It Macined From 6061 Aluminum. Does Anyone Here Do This Type Of Work? I Would Appreciate It Alot..HERE IS A PIC OF THE TRIGGER Thanks Guys

The pic is a little fuzzy but you should first grab a hacksaw, some files, a drill and try to reproduce it yourself. After all that is the way they were made for many years before milling machines and CNC's came on the scene.

Unless I am missing something it looks pretty simple. With aluminum it would be even easier. Sometimes we just need a little friendly nudge to attempt something new or different.
 
ya it looks like a drill and some files would make quick work out of that thing. if you try and it does not work out you have lost nothing but ganed experance

THANK YOU DAVID. david offered to do the trigger and let me say he is a very skilled machinist. the new trigger he did for me was outstanding and works flawlessly. i really appreciate him taking the time from his other work to make the trigger. i am more than pleased with his work. if anyone needs machining done david is the man to go to i promise. thanks again david......:thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
