Does anyone recognize this custom blade?

My buddy got side swiped on the freeway, and as an apology the guy gave him a knife he made. I forgot his name, but when I googled him, nothing came up. Does anyone recognize this one? If so, anyone got an approximation as to how much we could sell it for?

That looks a lot like one of Andrew Takach's. I'm not sure but it looks like his.
