Does anyone think this ZT 0301 is a fake?

It is missing the holes for the clip. The logo is off in position slightly. I can't tell if it is a photo or a rendered drawing on my phone though. Stripes aren't right either.

I just try to stay away from ebay when it comes to knives or easily copied items. The best thing to do though is to compare it to the stock photo like you have done.

I would stay away from anything on Ebay these days. There are fake Paramilitary 2s running around all over.

Most of the differences have already been pointed out, but I saw a pretty major one.

Look at the blade profile. The bevel?grind? at the top of the blade goes all the way to the tip (sort of like a false edge).
The blade in the official ZT pics has a 'grind' that stops before reaching the tip.

The flipper looks a little off too.

If you ever have any doubts, better safe than sorry.

With the thumb studs, and variation in stripping, and the fishy looking jimping on the handle, that would be enough for me to err on the safe rather than the sorry.

Another point about the thumb studs is they do not touch the frame when open. I believe the thumb studs are supposed to act as a blade stop on the 0301, I know they do on my 0560. I have reported the item as well as emailed the seller informing him they are fake. The sad part is, that's a dutch auction and he has sold 17 already.

I have never understood the appeal of buying anything from eBay, what, with the thousands of horror stories one can read just by simply Googling eBay scams.

pretty much everything about that picture screams fake lol
Thumb studs are wrong and do not stop the blade, swedge, the overall blade shape is too pointed, the flipper doesn't extend through to the finger it out, the placement and size of the body screws are off, and the jumping on the top of the blade is too pointy, the pivot nut is too small and in the wrong place also
