I have only had my Maxped Fatboy GTG for just over 6 mos and its already tearing at a seam. I only use it for EDC so it hasnt been abused (still looks new actually). How much weight do you think is the maximum load limit. I just weighed my bag and it weighed 9.2lbs. That was with my waterbottle full and a few things in their that I never put in.(just wanted to make sure the weight was more than what I normally carry). I called Maxped and they were very helpful. They want to inspect it to see if the warranty will cover it. If it is covered I think they will either repair or replace. I am happy with that. Now I just have to save up to ship the thing. This never would have happened if it was a Becker. lol. Is this just a fluke or is MAxped just a name you're paying for? Anything better out there that costs the same or less? Heres a few photos--Didnt think this would be received well unless I put a Becker in the pic. lol

Maxped should make that right. Email em, send a pic, describe your use. Theyre a pretty good company, and they should make it up to ya.

I have talked to them. I just have to ship it back to them and thats gonna cost me 10 bucks out of my "MY BK2 NEEDS A FRIEND FUND"

look into the becker patrol pack, but its not cheap. you wont have a bk2 needs a friend fund anymore lol

I hope you meant $30.00 and not that other number that I can't even type the amount for..?? Is it made out of Gold & Silver with just a cloth strip down the middle.? I have just about all the BK's but I can not for the life of me justify a $xxx.oo pack when everything else there name is on is very reasonable and built like a Tank.!! Please tell me you are joking..!! WOW....!!!!

Check it out! This is the only Becker bag I have come across, if I'm wrong (I hope I am) please someone correct me!

Ok, steer clear of that bag, its shit. And its not the original Becker Patrol Pack.

And yes, $300 is about the going rate for an original Becker Patrol Pack, in slightly used condition. Since they haven't been made in some time, finding one BNIB ready to go, is going to be pure, blind ass luck. Trust me.

This is the original, not some mollefied POS that will not last, or suit your needs. Eagle Industries is not the same Eagle of 10yrs ago, believe you me.

$300 and worth every penny, the most sought after pack in the Military's Special Operations groups, from SF, to Delta, to SAS. And, that is the honest truth, believe it or not.
