Hey guys, I looked through the tacked threads and didn't see the answer to my question. I'm starting over as a knife collector (since guns and ammo prices are sky high) and I feel my collection is incomplete without some hogs. Question is can I order older busse knives from the shop or am I stuck with trying to find a "like new" of what I want? I am considering ordering a team Gemini to get started as I am a big fan of the walking dead. Thanks for the help guys I look forward to being part of the crowd

ETA one more question: How long do they usually make a model, is it a set time frame or do they do a "last call" sort of thing before they go out of production?

It will all depend on what specific models you want. Busse's business model is that they dont carry much inventory. THe secondary market holds most of it ....and most of your options will be found here in Busse exchange. Now, your welcome to contact them on Monday and they will be glad to sell you everything they have I am sure.

They still have the TGLB up on their website, and the AMS. THe compan y store also gets new models 2-3 times a year.

Welcome to the Jungle:D

Thanks for the tips knife hunter, so if they have it you can buy it but they won't make a fresh one from stock I guess?

typically not at the drop of a hat. If they have a blank they will likely finish it, but to stop and re setup for only one blank turns the production company into a custom company and thus slows down production and greatly increases the price.

But my Dad always told me to ask:) The worst he said that she could say was "NO":D

If you are interested in ordering from the Busse custom shop, you can email Garth at garth@bussecombat.com . He is our Custom Shop director and he will be able to help you find something that fits your needs. I hope you find what you are looking for!
