I know they don't have anything for that specific purpose, but I love to throw my camp knives so I was wondering if there's anything they make that would stand up to that kind of abuse. (and if not, why not?)

The Aviator has a fine point, but I doubt you could break any of his other fixed blades. The Sables and Shadows have pretty beefy points.
