Does CRKT know about this?

It's been many moons since I have posted anything but I was watching the latest episode of Resident Alien and the actor mentions his favorite knife as being a Gerber Strongarm and then goes on to show a CRKT SIWI. The other detective then says it's her favorite too and shows her CRKT SIWI. If I was working at CRKT I would be some kind of p!ssed off. I feel kind of sorry for them losing all of that good free advertising revenue just because somebody was too lazy to know what the difference was. They chose a knife they liked the look of for a prop but didn't like that name so they took another knife's name that sounded cooler. They used real knives and real names, then misrepresented them. Why not make up fake names, the show is already fiction? With the rise of the internet most shows these days have been doing a pretty decent job of keeping track of little details but they fell flat on their face with this one. I hope CRKT sees this just to be made aware, it's not much of a topic to discuss actually.

You are thinking waaaay too much about this.

Yeah, movies and TV shows have some dumb bloopers...I found one in the original Dirty Harry that I actually did a quick search on and none of the "on-topic" forums or IMDB had any mention of it. C'mon! A film that has been viewed hundreds of millions times by now, and...no one?

It is now my personal secret knowledge...and only I will choose the time and place to unveil it. :D

I saw in that movie about the N'drangheta "He always had a loaded .45 automatic...." and pans to a snubby...
