Does Froglube have a distinguishable smell?

The reason for me asking this question is that. When i am hunting I do not want the animal to notice me because of the smell of my blade.

I don't know about Frog Lube in particular, but you would most likely only use a fraction of the amount of lube that people use on rifles and that usually isn't an issue.
 
Absolutely it does. To me, it smells like that pink anti-diarrhea medicine! But Frog lube is good stuff for lube and protection. It does tend to collect dust, lint, etc.
 
Smells minty fresh. Many on gun forums have talked about it. Also I believe it is non- toxic. Hope that answers.
