Not that I am aware of. Other than what exists in John and Charlotte Goins' works. However, every chart that exists began with someone asking that very question. Perhaps ask Mark Zalesky at Knifeworld Magazine? http://www.knifeworld.com/aboutus.html

ETA: You might also check with the folks at the Oregon Knife Club. They host an archive of past newsletters going back years. With some really well researched and written articles.
