Does lionsteel use special treatment on titanium frames?

Hi guys!

This week i got a Bastinelli RED (witch is made by Lionsteel) and i loving it. But i have one question! Does the titanium frame have any kind of special treatment to not develop blade play overtime? as it doesn't have steel insert.

Thanks!

I don't think the titanium has been treated. I have a RED that I just got back from a forum member who carbidized the lockface. It made a difference and I hope it will continue to prevent stick and wear. I did the same with my Hest/f (also made by Lionsteel). This one had some stick to start. Carbidizing helped a little, but did not remove the stick issue completely. I think it will get better as it breaks in to the treatment.
