Yes, it works.
But, these sorts of things, while fun and so forth, do slow down loading, especially for some of our members who are on thin pipes. Furthermore, your image has to be served off of some server somewhere. If that server goes down, the people have to wait for the request to that server to timeout. That can be a couple of minutes. If that server gets congested, things can get very slow, and if any network congestion develops between that server and anyone else trying to read a thread, it can slow things way down.
These problems are, of course, true of any image. But a signature line is something that gets added to ever post. Furthermore, once we've seen the cute signature line a few times, it gets old really fast.

Come on people, it's called maturity, please gain some. Everyone needs to act their age (or maybe some of us need to act much OLDER than we are). This thread is way off topic and turning VERY ugly VERY quickly.
Trilan: Expedite means speed up. Sabo was asking you to hurry up and remove that hugh signature. Then when you REPOSTED the whole signature it was like thumbing your nose at him which angered Waktasz, enticing him to resort to name calling.
Waktasz: Name calling is not called for and I'm pretty sure that this forum frowns deeply upon such actions. There were better ways to handle the situation.
This forum has picked up some members that tend to let immature actions rule the majority of their posts. From annoying comments, unbelievable stories, to just plain rudeness. It really needs to stop NOW. I am not the only person being annoyed by all of this. If people cannot grow up and join in meaningful polite conversation they should not bother to contribute to the group. I have attempted to be as civil as possible and I am not pointing fingers but I ask everyone to think before they act.
Gollnick, Clay, or Armand: Please lock this thread before it becomes a larger problem. I have attempted to subdue the situation but it will take a greater action to insure tranquility, please do the rest of the group a favor and end this trivial stuff.
