Does Ontario Knife Company Send Out Screws?

I've had much good experience with Benchmade's warranty department. They've sent me free replacement screws and pocketclips no questions asked. I love this about Benchmade.

The other day, I messed up a few of the screws on my Rat 1 folder while trying to fix blade centering and contacted OKC for some replacements. I sent them an email and got the reply that they would send some right out. Fast forward a month: nothing. A few days ago, I sent them another email, and there has been no response whatsoever so far.

What are your experiences with Ontario Knife Company's warranty department? Compared to Benchmade's, they are really disappointing me.
 
Never had any reason to have to contact Ontario Knife Company, but have you tried calling them? Sometimes speaking to a live person yields faster results than emails. They have a toll free number:
