Ive googled it and cant figure out if sanrenmu used bronze pivot washers, if anyone knows please let me know, thanks

Looking at the ones I have (a 704, 710, and 763), they each have one bronze and one teflon. The bronze washer on the 704 and 710 are on the locking scale side. The 763 also has the bronze washer on that same side.

Dunno why they do that. Also don't know if that's their standard, or if it was just the ones I got. I've never had problems with Teflon washers, but it does seem the bronze ones are smoother once they've worn in.

I have a CRKT drifter (which is really just a SRM 707 with CRKT printed on it) and its also one PB, one teflon washer...

How do you know the material composition of a plastic washer? It could be teflon, nylatron, or whatever.

True... I don't know that they're phosphor bronze either, I'm just going on looks alone. I can't even see the "plastic" washer that well. My 738 is among the fastest flicking knives I have, but the washers are probably only a small factor in that.
