Does SOG send springs?

Well, got a Twitch 2 and loved it until it started to malfunction.
I found out the problem was that the spring had disconnected, so I took it out and guess what?
I LOST IT

No idea what happened, all I remember is leaving it on blah blah blah and it's gone the next second for some reason.

The main concern is if SOG's warranty covers this,, and if they can send springs instead of me having to ship the knife.

Typically this would not be covered under warranty. Try our warranty department and they may be able to get you a new spring. You may have to cover shipping or something to that effect.

They wouldn't for my PE 18. Once I finally find it I'll send it in for repair.
