In some ways these are amazingly similar on paper.
ATR:
longest handle (5.125"), shortest blade (3.4375"), strongest lock(?), thinnest, cobra hood, lightest (135 grams), US made, S30V, possibly strongest blade tip though perhaps least "pokey"
Persian:
shortest handle (4.875")
Chinook II:
heaviest (172g), longest blade (3.75"), perhaps grippiest handle? S30V, US made
If you had all 3 (price independent), which one would be your EDC? Would it depend on what clothes you wore (jeans, suit, cargo shorts)? Could you decide on one or would you have to implement a rotation policy?
