Does Spyderco use loctite?

My Salt 1's pivot just loosened up a bit after a walk so I loctited it and while doing so remembered that I did the same on all of my Spyderco screw construction knives, as none of them had loctite from the factory. I was wondering if the three I have were just flukes or if none if them had it. Thanks for looking!

The manix 2 I just took apart had loctite on all the screws that I removed, haven't taken my others apart yet to find out

I am certain they use a tread locking compound on at least some screws of at least some models. I'm not certain whether they use Loctite, or some other brand. Whatever they use, in my experience, their use of it is inconsistent, or at least follows no pattern I've been able to discern.

I have a delica, tenacious and the aforementioned salt- none of them had it. Maybe I just got all of them at a time that they weren't using threadlocker. To be honest I really don't care whether it's loctite brand or not- I just generically call all threadlocker loctite for some reason- the same way some people refer to all permanent markers as Sharpies.

My Para2 had loctite on the clip screws. They did a real nice, clean, job on them too.
