Does the Mnandi have a pivot bushing?

I have had a small Starbenza and a small plain Insingo, neither was liked well enough to hold onto.

The Mnandi is something that looks like I might like enough to hold onto.

My question about the Mnandi concerns the pivot bushing; does it have a pivot bushing like both of my small Sebenzas?

Like kidcongo said yes. If you like small knives I think you will like the Mnandi. Its a really nice knife. Be aware there are two generations of the knife. The pre-2012 models are easier to open one handed. The newer ones have a nicer clip to me but to remove the clip you need a replacement screw. The older one can be changed back and forth with no additional parts. The Mnandi also allows you to setup the clip for right or left hand carry. I have not had a damascus model, but have heard by many people the nail nick cut into those makes it as easy to open as the older ones.

My old Mnandi and my Inkosi are my favorite CRK's. If you look at the Mnandi obsession thread its hard to not buy one after that.

Thank you gentlemen and yes I do like smaller knives. My current EDC is a traditional lockback knife with a handle length of only 3 3/8" and a blade length of 2 5/8".

The Mnandi sounds just about right for me. I don't really care about one hand opening since I need two hands for my current EDC. I am not a fan od pocket clips, quite the opposite actually.

Can I get the screw for removing the clip from CRK?

Sure calling CRK can get you the screw no problem. You can take them apart with the supplied Allen wrench. It's just with the new models the screw is part of the clip and CRK can send a screw to replace it with. On the old model the clip is held on with a screw so you just put it together with out the clip. The Mnandi also comes with a leather pocket sheath for when you don't want to clip it.

Thanks Driften! Now to figure out what handle/wood material I want. The Mnandi thread mentioned is addictive.
