With the SOCOM DA it was suggested not to dry fire as it was damaging to the mech. and I was wondering if this was a problem with the LCC under normal and heavier use when gripping higher onto the bolsters?
Thanks for any info!

Not a problem. Gripping the handle tightly and twisting, pushing or pulling, my index finger doesn't come close to pushing on the bolster in a way which would cause it to dry fire.
Even if it did, my palm is blocking the bolster's path.

I have had mine for about 2 weeks, and it has never dry fired.

I agree with all that say it is somewhat hard to trigger, even when you want to

I still haven't gotten used to that bolster release, but that, I guess, is both good and bad. I will get used to it, but there will never be a chance of accidental firing.
