Does the new pivot umnumzaan need loctite?

I apologize if there's already a thread over this, but I haven't been able to find it.
First of all, I was wondering if the new pivot umnumzaans needed Loctite when reassembling. And does it come with the allen keys for disassembly? I've read in several places that the newer zaans no longer come with a kit, but I wasn't sure if that was also referring to the allen keys.

I didn't want to start a new thread, so I'm just going to include it here: Any suggestions where to sell a small sebenza 21? I'm not a gold member on here, so I'm unable to list it on the forums. I listed it for cheap on ebay in hopes to get rid of it faster; I'm somewhat anxious to get the zaan...but so far no luck.
 
Umnumzaan needs loctite. Almost every knife without a pivot bushing can benefit from a little loctite.
 
Loctite: yes. The answer to the other question in the first paragraph is in this thread.

If you're not Gold here you can try some of the other knife forums that have BST pages but my experience with them has been that sales are a lot slower than here at BF.

I wasn't sure if the newer zaans had the pivot bushings or not...I was hoping they did, but oh well.
