Does this count as a Becker?

So, as I wait for my hold order of "real" Beckers to arrive from my distributor, I've been rooting through the boxes o' stuff in the man cave and found that I have several pistol bayonets with the blade made by KaBar and one of them using the Tac Tool design. Yes, pistol bayonets are a little cheesy, but I got them to tinker around with and put together a "survival shotgun" based on a setup by Creek Stewart. I still haven't gotten around to the project, but thought I'd share the info.

well, it's a licensed thing.

fun at the range.

so, it's kinda yeah. kinda not. tough call.

Pistol bayonets are pretty much useless, but fun to play with, case in point.

I think the theory that Creek Stewart has is that the picatinny rail mount makes it easy to have a small (spare) knife attached to the shotgun so that you always have a backup knife as long as you hang on to the shotgun.

Otherwise it is a useless toy, as you said.

They are real cheesy if you ask me GSO, so may I suggest you put one up in the Pay it Forward for the Holidays thread...I'm sure there's a cheesy Beckerhead that would love that fromage.:D

You guys really inspired me with your pistol bayonets...I decided to make my own, I was able to do most of the work myself. After a lot of patience and hard work I'm finally finished...what do you guys think?

Um what happens when the slide goes back ;) maybe you should use zip ties and duct tape.

Enluzenment nailed it!! The slide doesn't need to go back....one shot, one kill, and all that!

I especially like the creative use of the Keurig cup holder as a display.

if ya use that shottin' iron right you wont need no stinkin' knife on the end !!! lol

Two things:

First; I really expect this item to have a featured use in Walking Dead.

Second; even though it's probably a stick tang, If ya could knock off that railing somehow this might be a great little carry item.

Just my thoughts.

One shot.... Then you use the knife.... So simple why didn't I think of that.... Saves on ammo too.
